About Us

SofaLofa are core of three musicians, Stuart, Jake and
David from Warwick in the UK. Although a studio based
outfit, two members, Stuart Barker and David Coldron also
play with local band Dr Amp who can be seen playing in the
local pubs around the area.

The idea of SofaLofa is to produce fun music mainly for
downloading from the Internet but intend to take the band
into the live arena in the future. The music is performed
with a mix of guitars and computer based technology
producing original material which sometimes overlaps with
Dr Amp by remixing dance versions of their songs.

All three members contribute to the synth and computer
bits, Stuart plays guitar, Jake the drums while David plays
bass and guitar. None us us can sing so this is farmed out
to other more vocally adequate 'guest Lofa's' such as Angel
who is about to record vocal tracks for some of our songs.

While not making music or working, we can be found in the
Roebuck Pub, Smith Street, Warwick, on a regular basis,
